Ready For Your Bin?

Clear the space you want the bin dropped, (free of vehicles, pets, etc)
Let us know if you want to pay the invoice with another form of payment than the credit card on file
Ensure you have a clear path to your Bin and to the waste to be disposed
Clear space between the road and the bin location to ensure our trucks have good access
Ensure you are aware of the fees for large items, i.e. Mattresses are charged an extra fee at the landfill that we will pass onto our client

Got your Bin?

NO HAZARDOUS WASTE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: OIL/PAINT/CHEMICALS/WHOLE FLUORESCENT TUBES/TIRES ETC.
Ensure you stand clear of doors on the bin at all times, and tie them back if they are going to remain open
Do not overfill it, over the top or grossly overweight
Let us know if you need the Bin longer than planned as early as possible so we can try to accommodate
Load heavy items first
Do not pack the bins with heavy equipment, loading is fine but pushing debris down or into the bin can damage it
Keep pets and children away from the bin, adults use protective wear at all times

The Bin will be picked up at the time scheduled when you rented it, if you want a different time then please call to ask, we can try to accommodate earlier pickups to get the bin out of your way or later pickups if you need more time

Once the bin has been picked up it goes to the landfill, we pay the fee there and pass that onto you with the final invoice
Once we have dumped your waste we have an exact amount from the dump which will tell us the final cost
Within 72 hrs of pickup expect a final invoice from Panthers sent to your email, and the card on file to be charged the final amount which is only known after we dump your waste, if you want to pay your bill with another form of payment please let us know prior to pickup.
